This document explains rights, obligations, and responsibilities for using BizLinker.

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BizLinker (the "Service") and users.

By signing up or making a paid purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account and member information

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for protecting account credentials.

If unauthorized account use is suspected, users must notify the service operator promptly through the Contact page.

3. Service use

The Service provides email CRM, template management, customer management, and email automation features.

Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms and must not abuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe others' rights.

4. Payments and subscriptions (Polar)

Paid plan billing may be processed via Polar. Billing terms such as cycle, payment method, and authorization follow the Polar checkout flow.

The service operator may retain limited subscription status data for service operations, while sensitive payment details such as card numbers are handled by Polar.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility and process follow the separate Refund Policy page. Subscription cancellation may take effect from the next billing cycle.

After account cancellation, some data may be retained for a required period based on applicable law or internal retention policy.

6. Limitation of liability

We strive to provide stable service, but temporary interruptions may occur due to force majeure, third-party outages, or network issues.

To the extent permitted by law, the service operator may limit liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

7. Changes and contact

If these Terms are updated, users will be notified in advance through in-service notice or another reasonable method.
