Payments may be processed via Polar, and the final refund posting time can vary by payment method and payment system rules.
A refund is available only when both conditions are met: within 7 days of purchase and no service usage after payment.
If either condition is not met, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
Service usage is considered only when a user accesses paid features.
Refund reviews determine usage based on paid-feature access logs.
Purchases with confirmed service usage are not refundable.
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase are not processed.

To review your request, we must be able to verify account email, purchase date, and reason; additional verification may be requested.
If eligibility is confirmed, the refund will be approved. Actual bank/card posting timing depends on the payment method and financial provider.
